Bought some dried Worms for my chickens 3 weeks ago from this shop as I have been doing for a long time. Opened the sealed plastic bag and the worms were covered in mould. Took they back expecting an apology and a swift exchange for a new packet. But no - my fault they got damp!. Sealed packet of dried worms - how does that work? The other bag I bought was fine. No refund or exchange offered. Customer service and care - zero. Suggest you buy your chicken supplies from Albert E James in Barrow Gurney. Excellent customer service and better prices than Aaron's Pets. A short drive from Nailsea but who cares.
