- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-11-03, by Ian MetherellI responded to a marketing call by ordering a case of wine and charging it to my card in early July. A month later I checked - no wine. I called them. Very apologetic - 'the wine was out of stock and the system had automatically cancelled my order, but nobody knew about it'! So a month later I will get a refund to my card. Why call former customers with an offer that can't be fulfilled? Why can the customer not be informed? Why do I have to phone a month later to eventually initiate a refund? Will I ever buy from Averys again?
